The Creative Labs Affiliate Program gives you the opportunity to offer Creative Labs products, information, and links on your website and to make money by earning commissions on sales that you generate through these links.

We want to pay you for any sales that you help generate through our links. We'll provide you with buttons, banners, and text links that you can post on your site. When a visitor clicks through and makes a purchase, we'll pay you a commission once the order is confirmed. It's that simple. As a Creative Labs Affiliate, you're in complete control. Use your web site to promote Creative Labs in any way that works best for you. You will receive your commissions each month and you can track your earnings daily. The Creative Labs Affiliate Program connects you with award-winning products such as our highly acclaimed ZEN line of digital audio players and the industry standard Sound Blaster audio cards. With many of these products selling for over €200.00 each, you can profit from great commissions on every sale!

There is absolutely no cost to become a Creative Labs Affiliate.

Creative Labs has teamed with Commission Junction, a leader in third-party marketing relationships, to provide our affiliates with trusted third party tracking, real-time reporting, and monthly commission checks. Once you sign up for our program, you'll be taken to Commission Junction's site where you'll create your own free, personal, and secure account. You can log in at any time to get our banners and links, find out about commissions earned, and even learn about how many impressions each of your links has received.

We distribute many of our products for resale through a broad distribution network. We also offer a preferred reseller program that we call the Channel Partner Program. Apply to be a member of this program by filling out and returning an Channel Partner Application Form.

Working with Creative Labs allows you to give your visitors an opportunity to form a relationship directly with the company. Studies have shown that consumers enjoy buying directly from the manufacturer because it enables them to fully support the company and establish a one-on-one relationship. By working directly with the manufacturer you are also afforded opportunities to offer exclusive deals and products not found through any other channel. For example through the affiliate program you can link up to the Creative Savings Center in which refurbished and special promotional items are made available at huge discounts

Once you sign up for our Affiliate program, you'll be provided with a variety of banners, buttons, and text links that you can add to your site. You can also log into your account through Commission Junction at any time to see a list of all of our new links and banners.

You will have access to a wide variety of buttons, banners, and text links after signing up for our program. You are welcome to use any of the graphics and text links provided. You may not alter or modify any banners or buttons without obtaining prior written permission from Creative Labs, Inc. You must also secure permission before using any third party's copyrighted materials.

We recommend adding our links to all of your web sites. In fact, we encourage it! Tracking will still take place through Commission Junction. All of your sites will be listed under one account.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail notification. This will include your Commission Junction password; make sure to make a note of it. You can then log in to Commission Junction at the Member Login link at www.cj.com. Once you are logged in to the Service Center, you can view an "Affiliate Report" that summarizes your account status and gives you real-time information about your earnings. Additionally, you can expect to receive periodic e-mail updates.

Once you join our program, you'll be able to log into your account at www.cj.com and access the "Transaction Report area." You can see how much you've earned and even download an account report, if you wish.

Yes! When a visitor clicks-through your site and visits Creative Labs, you earn a commission if they purchase something within 15 days.

We'd like everyone to promote Creative Labs. However, there are cases where we cannot allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:

• Contain sexually explicit materials
• Promote violence
• Promote illegal activities
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age in their domain or site content
• Violate intellectual property rights

If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. Please note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined, at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement

There is nothing for you to "sign," but you must indicate that you have read and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the program by clicking "I agree" after reading the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement and the Commission Junction Privacy Policy.
